The Public Ministry of Italy gave a favorable opinion for the release of the images that show the confusion involving the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes with Brazilians at the Rome airport, on July 14th. The manifestation of the Italian MP was sent to the Justice of the country. The information was released by portal UOL.

The next step is to notify the Italian central authorities, who can send the images to Brazil. The videos, then, must be delivered to the Federal Police, in Brasília. The PF requested the images on July 17. There is no prediction of when the videos will arrive in Brazil.

In July, Moraes was allegedly verbally attacked at the international airport in Rome, Italy, by the couple Andréia and Roberto Mantovani and their son-in-law, Alex Zanatta Bignotto. The minister’s son would have been physically attacked during the episode.

The PF launched an inquiry to investigate the alleged aggression and took statements from all those involved. The Mantovani couple denied the alleged aggression and said, in their testimony, that there was an “interlude” because of a vacancy in the VIP room at the venue.
