The interim minister of the Institutional Security Office (GSI), Ricardo Cappelli, authorized this Thursday (27) the dismissal of another 58 servants of the body. The measure is part of the renovation of the GSI staff. “Continuing with the renewal of the staff of the Institutional Security Office (GSI), interim minister Ricardo Cappelli authorized this Thursday (27) the dismissal of 58 more civil servants. The dismissals will be published in the next edition of the Official Gazette of the Union “, the agency said in a statement.

This Wednesday (26), Cappelli had already dismissed 29 servers. Among the 29 names announced, 26 return to their original forces. It is not possible to know, however, how many of the soldiers who left the portfolio took the initiative to ask for exoneration. Some of them would not have agreed with the measures taken by the Lula government and by Capelli, who is a former president of the National Union of Students (UNE), and was placed at the head of the GSI.
