Inter announces Enner Valencia, Ecuador’s top scorer

Internacional announced this Monday (12) the signing of striker Enner Valencia, who signed with the team from Rio Grande do Sul for three years. The presentation of the player, who had been led by Jorge Jesus at Fenerbahçe, will take place on the 26th.
Valencia is captain and top scorer in the history of the Ecuadorian national team, with 38 goals, six in World Cups, in 2014 and 2022. In addition to the aforementioned clubs, Enner Valencia began his career at Emelec. He defended the Ecuadorian team in 171 matches and scored 32 goals. He arrives with the endorsement of coach Mano Menezes and with titleholder status.
At Internacional, the Ecuadorian will have as competitors for position in the offensive sector: Pedro Henrique, Alemão and Luiz Adriano. The Colorado team still counts for the attack with Lucca, Wanderson, Jean Dias and Gabriel Barros.
