The national inspector of justice, minister Luis Felipe Salomão, will make an unplanned visit this Thursday (21) to the 13th Federal Court of Curitiba, responsible for Lava Jato, to close the correction process there and open proceedings against judges and judges who have made mistakes.
Salomão also intends to establish a work plan to regularize court cases that are delayed, including actions involving the PCC faction and some of the anti-corruption operation that are awaiting sentencing.
Last Friday (15), the CNJ (National Council of Justice) Internal Affairs Department released a partial report that identified actions and omissions that would indicate a lack of care in the allocation of amounts arising from leniency agreements with companies by Lava Jato.
The document points out possible irregularities related to investigation workflows and operation actions.
