On January 18th and 19th, starting at 2pm, the 1st Congress of Aesthetics and Cosmetology at UNINORTE Cidade Nova will take place. The event aims to bring the public the main updates on aesthetic and cosmetic processes. Classes take place at the unit located at Avenida Noel Nutels, 1006, Cidade Nova. High school finalists, people with completed high school, Aesthetics technicians in training and professionals working in the area can participate. Participation is guaranteed by donating 1kg of non-perishable food, which will be destined for social entities in Manaus.

The program will feature the following lectures: SPA Therapies, Technologies and innovations in Eyebrow Design, Advanced Manual Therapies, Entrepreneurship in Aesthetics, Aesthetics Applied to Pregnancy and Postpartum and Principles and Medical Errors in Aesthetics – Legal Implications. In addition to being expository, some activities will have practical guidance given by experts.

“The congress will bring updates on aesthetic processes, with six lectures on extremely important and current topics for professionals and students in the area, as well as for those interested in entering this field. In addition to the update, we will also address entrepreneurship and what it means to be an aesthetics professional in our reality”,

explains the coordinator of the Health courses at UNINORTE, Cidade Nova campus, Thiago Souza.
