In a meeting, AMESolar requests service improvements in the solar energy sector in AM

Representatives of the first association of the solar energy sector in the state delivered a letter with the main demands

Manaus (AM) – Seeking to improve procedures and service channels for companies that operate in the photovoltaic solar energy generation segment in the State, the Associação Amazonense de Energia Solar (AMESolar) met this Wednesday (09) with the Technical Director of the Interior and Director of Institutional Relations for Amazonas Energia, Radyr Gomes Oliveira, at the concessionaire’s administrative headquarters in Flores.

Represented by the president, Helane Souza, by the vice president, Marcos Alexandre Brilhante and other members, the organization delivered a letter with the main demands of the sector.

“Our country is experiencing a moment of energy transition. Today, we came here first to show that we are here to add, that we are agents of this environment and we are looking to provide a very essential service to the population, of distributed generation, production and distribution of clean energy and solar energy, in accordance with all the norms of our Government. We want to improve more and more the technical quality of our services and the environment in which we are”,

said the president of AMESolar.

Also participating in the meeting were the general secretary of the Association, Thenyson Dewey Moreira, the treasurer Kleber Matos Valente, the fiscal councilor Marcio de Menezes Rodrigues and the lawyer Thiago Flores dos Santos.

Demands

On the occasion, director Radyr Oliveira heard some of the needs pointed out, among which: the creation of service channels for solar energy companies; the availability of the Distribution Development Plan to be presented to ANEEL to market agents; Registration of Beneficiary Units; compliance with the 30-day period, after the request by the customer, for the compensation of Credits by the concessionaire, in accordance with Law No. 14,300, of January 6, 2022.

“We are here with open doors to welcome you in the best possible way, as all this is still very new in this sector and we are improving. I will read the letter carefully and talk to my peers so that we can see a way for you to have a communication channel on these points raised here”,

said director Radyr Oliveira.
