‘I think it’s another set up by Moro’, says Lula about PCC – 03/23/2023 – Politics

President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT) said this Thursday (23) that he thought the plan of the PCC (First Command of the Capital) described by the Federal Police to attack the former judge.
“I’m not going to talk because I think it’s another set up by Moro. I want to be cautious, I’ll find out what happened. But it’s visible that it’s a set up by Moro”, said the president.
The threat against the senator was described by the Minister of Justice, Flávio Dino (PSB), when disclosing the operation against the faction this Wednesday (22). Lula, however, exposed his suspicions about the actions of Judge Gabriela Hardt, Moro’s substitute in conducting Operation Lava Jato in the Federal Court of Curitiba and responsible for signing the arrest warrants.
“I’m going to research the reason for the sentence. I learned that the judge wasn’t even active when she gave her opinion to him.”
Lula alternated giving the former judge the benefit of the doubt with irony in his speech.
“But that’s going to wait. I’m not going to attack anyone without having proof. I think it’s another set-up. And if it’s another set-up, he’ll be exposed even more. I don’t know what he’s going to do with his life if he keeps lying the way he did. he’s lying,” he said while visiting the Complexo Naval de Itaguaí (RJ), where the Navy’s nuclear submarine program is developed.
