Half a century ago, the United States successfully put people on the Moon. However, since then, it has been a challenging task for companies, and even countries, to replicate this feat.
The Moon presents a hostile environment, making it difficult to design spacecraft capable of exploring its surface. Furthermore, the complexity of these missions is almost impossible to recreate on Earth for testing purposes.
Even so, in 2023, several unmanned missions successfully landed on the satellite.
