According to marketing specialist Davi Ribas, Doubt has great potential to strengthen the sport and benefit the population.
One of the biggest MMA events in the world, the LFA arrived in Brazil in 2021 and since then has held eight editions, the last two in the city of Cajamar, São Paulo, which will also be the stage for the next show by the American company, scheduled for the day March 10th.
The partnership between the local municipality and the largest MMA athlete development league in the world aims to impact more than the high-performance scene. The idea is to draw attention to the potential of martial arts in social transformation, as highlighted by Mayor Danilo Joan.
Marketing specialist Davi Ribas analyzed the partnership, in which the municipality opens its doors to the show and, in addition to giving local athletes the possibility to participate, it takes the city’s image to the world, since the LFA is transmitted to more than 200 countries through UFC Fight Pass.
“What they do is interesting for both parties. The LFA has been putting Cajamar on the world map, which has an impact on the city’s economy, on the transformation of future generations and, consequently, on the quality of life. It is an event of global proportions’ in the backyard’ of the house”, he evaluates.
“The residents of that locality have the opportunity to go to a show that many in larger cities do not have, which they can only get on TV. As I am in favor of everyone having access to the sport, I would like this partnership to be copied by more places and events” , completes Davi Ribas.
It is worth noting that tickets for LFA editions in Cajamar are exchanged for non-perishable food items. The entire amount raised is passed on to vulnerable families through the municipality’s Social Solidarity Fund.
