Salaries analyzed by recruiter Robert Half range from R$3,400 for a junior support analyst to R$51,600 for an experienced technology director. Browse the table to see the forecast for technology salaries in 2024: 🧐 UNDERSTAND THE TABLE – The research divides the salary range of professions into three possibilities, the first (“starting salary”) for the candidate who is new to the job or still is developing relevant skills, and the last (“final salary”) for the more experienced professional, with specializations and certifications. Therefore, the “average salary” does not represent the average salary for that position, but rather how much, on average, a candidate considered intermediate in these qualification and experience aspects earns. The salaries listed also do not include bonuses, benefits and other forms of compensation. Furthermore, they may vary greatly depending on the Brazilian region. They are called “CIOs” (Chief Information Officer), “CTOs” (Chief Technology Officer) and “CSOs” (Chief Security Officer). They have salaries starting at R$26,000 at the beginning of their profession, while experienced professionals with specializations earn up to R$51,000. Manager positions appear next. Information security is the one with the highest salaries: initial (R$23,100) and final (R$38,700). Among developers, the senior mobile developer has the best pay, but overall, the earnings are similar. In junior positions, the starting salary is approximately R$6,200. Infrastructure and junior support analysts close the list, with salaries of R$3,400 and R$4,200, respectively, at the beginning of their careers.
