High-quality real estate market remains strong, indicates indicator

Just from January to September last year this segment grew 13%, generating more than R$ 14.4 billion

Manaus (AM) — The year 2023 was positive for the Medium and High Standard (MAP) real estate market. According to the indicator from the Brazilian Association of Real Estate Developers (ABRAINC-FIPE), just from January to September last year this segment grew 13%, generating more than R$ 14.4 billion. Sensia Incorporadora, a high-quality brand whose main features are the personalization and flexibility of its apartments, achieved a General Sales Value (PSV) of R$444 million.

In four years of operation in the Brazilian market, Sensia currently has 18 projects launched, 11 of which were presented to the market in 2023, totaling a PSV of R$1.3 billion in launches.

“This positive scenario is due to three main factors: increase in the population’s income; reduction in the basic interest rate, which makes real estate financing easier and more accessible; and the increase in demand for property as an investment. This allowed Sensia to launch more projects and enter five new markets. The expectation for the market is that it will remain heated throughout 2024”,

explains Victor Lopes, commercial manager at MRV&CO in Amazonas, a group of which Sensia is part.

Sensia has just announced discounts of up to R$30,000 when purchasing an apartment from the brand.

“Customers who sign a purchase contract for a Sensia unit participating in the action in the coming weeks will receive a discount equivalent to 50% of the value given as a deposit. This discount is limited to the amount of R$30 thousand reais. In other words, if a buyer gives a down payment of R$20,000, they will receive a discount of R$10,000. While another customer who gives R$60,000 or more as a deposit will receive a maximum discount of R$30,000”,
