Who can participate in the Federal Revenue auction? Individuals can participate in the auction under the following criteria: be over 18 years of age or an emancipated person; be enrolled in the Individual Taxpayer Registry (CPF); have a Silver or Gold seal of reliability in the Federal Government’s digital identity system. As for legal entities, the criteria are as follows: having a regular registration in the National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJ); the person in charge of the company or his attorney-in-fact must have a Silver or Gold seal of trust in the Federal Government’s digital identity system. How to participate in the auction? To participate in the auction by submitting a bid, interested parties must follow these steps: between February 27th and March 6th, observing the times established by the Revenue, access the Electronic Auction System through the Virtual Taxpayer Service Center (e- CAC); select the notice of the auction in question, number 0817600/0000001/2023; choose the lot you want to bid on and click on “include proposal”; accept the terms and conditions presented by the Revenue website; include the proposed amount (which must necessarily be greater than the minimum amount established by the Revenue), and save. Individuals can bid on lots numbered 01 to 24, which include IT items, electronics, sporting goods, watches and musical instruments, with minimum amounts ranging from R$250 to R$10,000. Legal entities, on the other hand, can submit purchase proposals for all lots, with minimum values ​​that can reach R$ 200,000 – the case of a lot that has tons of parts and materials for the manufacture of electronic devices.
