Delgatti told the PF that he was unable to access the electronic ballot box system or Minister Alexandre de Moraes’ cell phone.
Hacker Walter Delgatti Neto, from Vaza-Jato, said in a statement to the Federal Police (PF) that federal deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) asked him to hack the electronic ballot boxes or the minister’s email and telephone account Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF). According to information from the blog of journalist Andréia Sadi, in g1, the request would have been made in September last year, in São Paulo. At Correio, Zambelli’s defense denied Hacker Delgatti’s statements.
Delgatti told the PF that he was unable to access the electronic voting system or Moraes’ cell phone. Furthermore, the hacker also stated that there was nothing “compromising” in the minister’s email account, which he had access to in 2019, when he invaded applications from other authorities and was arrested.
After being freed, Delgatti was arrested again in June this year, for failing to comply with court orders when accessing the internet, the court banned the hacker from online activities. He returned to prison because of the risk that he would repeat the previous criminal actions, which led to him being charged by the Public Ministry.
Delgatti has been investigated since 2019 by the PF within the scope of Operation Spoofing, which investigates the invasion of the cell phone of authorities by a hacker group. Part of the content was passed on at the time by the hacker to journalists from the The Intercept and influenced the annulment of lawsuits against President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), who is currently no longer responding to Lava-Jato lawsuits in court.
To the Mail, Zambellil’s defense denied Hacker Delgatti’s accusations and pointed out that he will take the appropriate measures against the statements. Read the note in full: “Federal Deputy Carla Zambelli is unaware of and denies the facts reported in relation to the statements made by Hacker Delgatti. Her lawyer, Daniel Bialski, will ask for access to the records and, after they have been analyzed, he will take all appropriate measures ”.
The report also tries to contact the STF to get more details about the statements and awaits a response.
