Lawyer did not confirm time for new hearing
Hacker Walter Delgatti Netto will give a new statement to the Federal Police this Friday (18). The hacker’s lawyer, Ariovaldo Moreira, confirmed the summons and stated that clarifications will be provided at the PF headquarters, in Brasília. He, however, did not confirm the time of the new hearing.
Last Wednesday (16), he gave testimony to the corporation stating that he received R$ 40,000 from federal deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) to invade the Brazilian Judiciary systems and insert false documents and release permits. The deputy denies the accusations.
Today, the hacker appeared at the Joint Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (CPMI) that investigates the acts of January 8 and stated that he received from former president Jair Bolsonaro a promise of pardon if he assumed responsibility for an alleged wiretapping against the minister of the Supreme Court Federal (STF) Alexandre de Moraes. The pardon means pardon of the sentence, effected by presidential decree.
