One of them is to pay for all the certifications and rights that employees have, but also to continue paying for two years, for example, permanence support, food assistance, among other benefits”, emphasized Clécio Luís.

The Secretary of State for Administration, Paulo Lemos, explains that generally the civil servant, even with all the requirements to retire, has doubts about starting the process for fear of salary losses.

“We advise the server to remain calm and contact us to learn more about the program. We have a law, a decree and a normative instruction that will deal with the entire retirement process. So the Administration Secretariat is available to answer any questions. In this way, the server, feeling calm, moves on to the next steps of retirement through PAI”, highlighted the secretary.

With the approval of law 2,966, the Government of Amapá will have a significant reduction in payroll, being able to hold new competitions, for example, among other administrative development actions.

To be included in the PAI, the state’s public servant must contact the State Secretariat for Administration (Sead), after the publication of the decree, which should occur at the beginning of next week, to prepare the normative instruction.
