Governor reacts to Aneel’s 44% adjustment proposal and promises legal measures

The governor of Amapá, Clécio Luís, reacted this Tuesday (12) to the proposal for an extraordinary tariff adjustment announced by the National Electric Energy Agency (Aneel) for Amapá, worth an average of 44%, as of December 13 2023, if approved.

Clécio Luís stated that he will take administrative measures, in Brasília, with the Agency and the Ministry of Mines and Energy, and even take the action to court, if there is no administrative result.
“We are appalled by this adjustment proposed by Aneel. This readjustment is unacceptable and unacceptable. We will take all necessary measures with Aneel itself, then with the Ministry of Mines and Energy. We will also bring together the entire federal bench, all senators, federal deputies; Nobody accepts this adjustment. We will also take legal action to prevent this from happening. We will take legal action”, guaranteed the governor.
