The announcement of the postponement was given by Minister Rui Costa, from the Civil House, during an event in Feira de Santana, Bahia.
According to the Civil House, the postponement occurred after a call from the president, who is traveling to Belgium to participate in the III Celac-EU Summit until Wednesday (19). Lula would have said that she intends to wait for the end of the recess in the National Congress to divulge what the new actions will be.
The launch date should be announced in the coming days.
