Government dismisses 26 PRF regional chiefs and changes PF direction in 18 states

The only PRF superintendent who was not exonerated is from Piauí
Brasilia DF) – The federal government exonerated 26 of the 27 regional superintendents of the Federal Highway Police (PRF) in the states and in the Federal District. The exonerations, signed by the Minister of Justice, Flávio Dino, and by the Minister of the Civil House, Rui Costa, were published in an extra edition of the Official Gazette (DOU) of Wednesday (18).
The names of the replacements have not yet been released. The only PRF superintendent who was not exonerated is from Piauí. The position in the state is occupied on an interim basis by Jairo Lima.
Still in the extra edition of the DOU, the government appointed new regional superintendents of the Federal Police (PF) in 18 states.
The following PF regional superintendents were appointed:
– Amazonas, Umberto Ramos Rodrigues;
– Rio Grande do Norte, Larissa Freitas Carlos Perdigão;
– Mato Grosso do Sul, Agnaldo Mendonça Alves;
– Rondônia, Larissa Magalhães Nascimento;
– Santa Catarina, Aletea Vega Marona Kunde;
– Rio de Janeiro, Leandro Almada da Costa;
– Goiás, Marcela Rodrigues de Siqueira Vicente;
– Sergipe, Aline Marchesini Pinto;
– Pernambuco, Antonio de Pádua Vieira Cavalcanti;
– Maranhão, Sandro Rogério Jansen Castro;
– Mato Grosso, Lígia Neves Azis Lucindo;
– Tocantins, Reginaldo Donizetti Gallan Batista;
– Paraíba, Christiane Correa Machado;
– Alagoas, Luciana Paiva Barbosa;
– São Paulo, Rogério Giampaoli;
– Paraná, Rivaldo Venancio;
– Pará, José Roberto Peres;
– Minas Gerais, Tatiana Alves Torres.
