government base tries to pass steamroller

– Episode of the podcast 15 Minutes talks about the “steamroller” of the government’s base in the CPMI of January 8
*) It was already known that the government had managed to build a majority in the CPMI on January 8th. And this government supremacy appeared clearly right at the beginning of the works.
Grassroots parliamentarians succeeded in rejecting requests to summon Lula’s allies to the Commission. With that, they shielded, for example, the former head of the GSI, General Marco Gonçalves Dias.
The situation even generated criticism from the president of the CPMI, Deputy Arthur Maia (União-BA). He went so far as to classify as “unacceptable” the fact that the Commission hears “only one side” in an attempt to ascertain the facts related to acts of violence and vandalism.
In this episode of 15 Minutes podcast we talked about the government’s attempt to “treat” the CPMI on January 8th.
The guest is the Sílvio Ribas, from the Republic of Gazeta do Povo teamwhich closely monitors the work of the Commission.
