This Tuesday (2) the federal government authorized the holding of two public tenders aimed at filling positions at the Ministry of the Environment and at the National Foundation for Indigenous Peoples (Funai). The authorization for the tenders was signed by the Minister of Management and Innovation in Public Services, Esther Dweck.

According to the ordinances, published in the Federal Official Gazette (DOU), 98 vacancies will be allocated for environmental analysts at the ministry, and another 502 vacancies for Funai, 152 of which for indigenism agents and another 350 vacancies for higher-level candidates. The deadline for the publication of the invitation to bid is up to six months.

The new vacancies were authorized by the Ministry of Management and Innovation, following a request from the Federal Public Administration bodies. Government priorities, staffing needs and budgetary conditions were taken into account.
