The 1st Gastronomic Tourism and Hospitality Seminar will be held on June 30, at the David Carneiro Room at the Hotel Pestana Curitiba. The event brings together enterprises from Paraná and Santa Catarina, and will feature lectures and panels, conducted by mediators. Tickets are available on the website.

In addition to a lecture on hotel implementation and management, there will be six panels that address tourism and gastronomy topics. Topics such as “How gastronomy can transform a company and people’s lives”, “The importance of training entrepreneurs and leaders in the sector”, “How to develop and awaken partners in tourist itineraries”, “A look at communication creative, humanized and professional”, and also “Influencer marketing in gastronomy on social networks”.

Among the confirmed speakers are: Ronaldo Cavalhieri and Rogério Gobbi, CEO and pedagogical coordinator of the European Center, respectively; Adonai Arruda Filho, from Serra Verde Express; Patrícia Albanez, Sebrae/PR; Beto Madalosso, restaurateur Carlo Ristoranti/Sambiquira/Trolha/Madá; Diego Tulio, Villa do Valle Hotel (SC); Miler Bairros LK Design Hotel (SC); Andréa Sorgenfrei, Head of Pinó – new business unit at Gazeta do Povo; Thabatha Martin, from Verso Comunicação; Raquel Pazini, Agatur Tourism; Joyce Carvalho, CBN Curitiba; Caroline Grimm, gastronomy communicator; Mariah Luz, from the gastronomic tour project “O que Fazer Curitiba”, among others.
