Fuvest 2024: see the list of those approved in the USP entrance exam – 01/22/2024 – Education

Fuvest released this Monday (22) the list of candidates approved in the 2024 entrance exam for the largest university in Latin America, USP. The names can be checked on the foundation’s website.
Those invited must confirm their registration in two virtual stages: pre-registration and acceptance.
The pre-registration period for those approved in the first call begins at 8am on the 29th and runs until 4pm on February 1st. At this stage, you need to fill out a form on the USP website and send digital copies of the following documents: high school graduation certificate, identity and recent photograph.
In the case of candidates who declare themselves black, black or mixed race, or indigenous and compete for PPI vacancies, it is necessary to send a self-declaration of race. In due course, a hetero-identification panel will analyze the condition of these candidates.
When pre-registering, the candidate can confirm their interest in the course they passed or declare that they have withdrawn. In this case, you will compete in calls and waiting lists for other courses selected at the time of registration in descending order of priority. Each candidate can choose up to four courses from the same career on the registration form.
EFFECTIVE REGISTRATION
Registration must be completed from 8am on February 26th until 4pm on the 28th. To do this, you must follow the instructions sent to the email registered at the time of registration.
The list of those approved in the second call will be published on February 14th, and the waiting list will be published on the 26th.

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF VACANCIES OFFERED BY FUVEST 2024?
All registered candidates will compete for open competition (AC) vacancies. When registering, the candidate should inform whether they would also compete for vacancies allocated to Affirmative Action Policies: Public School (EP) or Black, Brown and Indigenous (PPI).
B.C: vacancies for all candidates, without requiring any prerequisites, even with access to reserved vacancies
EP: 2,053 vacancies allocated to candidates who, regardless of income, have completed secondary education in Brazilian public schools.
PPI: 1,206 vacancies allocated to self-declared black, brown and indigenous candidates who, regardless of income, have completed high school in public schools.
In addition to the entrance exam, USP offers 1,500 places through Enem and another 1,500 through Provão Paulista, a new serial entrance exam, which will be applied to all high school students at state schools in São Paulo.
