A Palmeiras fan died this Monday (10) after being hit in the neck by a bottle during a fight between Palmeiras fans and Flamengo supporters near Allianz Parque, in the west zone of São Paulo.
Gabriela Anelli Marchiano, 23, was admitted to Santa Casa de São Paulo on Saturday night (8), but did not resist.
In addition to Marchiano, another person was injured in the action. A man, Flamengo supporter and resident of Rio de Janeiro, was arrested red-handed. He is not part of organized supporters.
The PM reported that the confusion started when two Flamengo fans walked towards the ticket office, which caused dissatisfaction among people from Palmeiras who watched the game in commercial establishments in the area outside the stadium.
Still according to the corporation, Palmeiras fans began to chase rivals to attack them.
