Fies 2023: registration for the 2nd semester starts this Tuesday

Enrollment at Fies ends on Friday Marcello Casal Jr/ Agência Brasil The enrollment deadline for the Student Financing Fund (Fies) 2023 for the second half of the year begins on Tuesday (4th) and runs until Friday (7th). Candidates must access the Fies portal. Fies is a federal government program that finances tuition fees for undergraduate students at private higher education institutions while they are in college. Upon registration, the candidate can choose up to three course options at private institutions. To enroll, the candidate must: have participated in the National High School Examination (Enem) between the 2010 and 2022 editions; having obtained an average score of 450 or more in the five tests, and a score greater than zero in the essay; not having participated in the edition as a “trainee”; and have a per capita gross monthly family income of up to 3 minimum wages.
