A preventive arrest warrant, three temporary arrest warrants and six search and seizure warrants were executed in the Federal District this Tuesday morning (7), by the Federal Police, as part of investigations carried out by Operation Lesa Pátria. The fifth phase of the task force targets people who participated, financed or encouraged the invasion of the buildings of the Three Powers on January 8th.

The warrants were issued by the Federal Supreme Court (STF) and constitute, according to the PF, the crimes of violent abolition of the Democratic State of Law, coup d’état, qualified damage, criminal association, incitement to crime, destruction and deterioration or destruction of property. specially protected.
