The Federal Police arrested red-handed on Friday night (20), in Boa Vista, capital of Roraima, a man suspected of encouraging the assassination of President Lula (PT). According to the PF, the 23-year-old suspect would have made a threat through a comment on a social network.

He would have said that it would be “the time to put the bullet in his (Lula’s) head” in a publication announcing the president’s visit to the state of Roraima this Saturday (21). The Federal Police did not give further details of the case or when the arrest took place. The PF only reported that the suspect was sent to the prison system, where he will remain at the disposal of Justice.

A delegation from the federal government, with President Lula (PT) and nine ministers from his government, traveled to the state of Roraima this morning to verify the situation of the Yanomami indigenous people.
