The Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI), through its Special Commission for the former Federal Territories of Rondônia, Amapá and Roraima (CEEXT), published this Monday (25) four more ordinances with the names of 355 civil servants who had their requests for transposition into the Union’s staff granted.
Since January of this year to date, the Federal Government has already approved the inclusion of 4,398 employees from former Federal Territories.
The Commission makes up the structure of the MGI Personnel Management Secretariat and is the body responsible for analyzing and judging processes.
According to the Ordinances, 28 public agents will be transferred from the extinct territory of Rondônia; from Amapá, 191; and another 136 servers from Roraima.
Transposition into the Union framework is a constitutional right guaranteed to those civil servants in the extinct Federal Territories, when the legal requirements are verified and proven. The standards for the classification of civil servants were defined by Law 13,681, of 2018, which established the rules for transposition in accordance with constitutional amendments EC 79 and EC 98.
