Performance: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 500 g desalted and shredded cod
  • 200 g of butter
  • 500 g of grated onion
  • 300 g grated carrot
  • 250 g of wheat flour
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • ½ grated nutmeg
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Grated parmesan for sprinkling

Method of preparation

Sauté the cod in butter, with the onion and carrot. Little by little, add the wheat flour previously diluted in milk, cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir until cream consistency, turn off and transfer to a refractory dish. Sprinkle with parmesan and place in the oven to brown.
