“Amapá is going through an extreme crisis. Today we have the challenge of facing a 44.41% increase in this energy tariff, which is unsustainable for Amapá, unsustainable for the workers of my state and we therefore have the task in this commission and the prerogative of being able to convene authorities, to be able to present formulations so that we can minimize this crisis that Amapá is experiencing today”, highlighted Malafaia.

Still in his speech, shortly after the installation of the subcommittee, Malafaia highlighted that the moment demonstrates a great unity of the entire political environment in Amapá, from city councilors and mayors, through the Legislative Assembly and the Government of Amapá, to the entire federal bench.

“There is a political climate of unity in Amapá, between the Legislative Assembly, the commissions, the federal bench. As of today, this is a permanent instance, a formal instance, which allows us to dialogue with Aneel, with the Minister of Mines and Energy so that we can change this relationship of regional inequality”, finished Dorinaldo.
