Dino asks the PF to analyze Eduardo Bolsonaro’s speech about a teacher

The Minister of Justice and Public Security, Flávio Dino, ordered the Federal Police to analyze the speech made by federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP), during an event in São Paulo, this Sunday (9). At the time, the deputy said that “indoctrinating professors” are worse than drug dealers, as they cause discord and destruction in families.

“I ordered the Federal Police to analyze the speeches given this Sunday in an arms act, held in Brasília. The objective is to identify evidence of possible crimes, notably incitements or apologies for criminal acts”, he wrote.

During the event, organized by the Pro-Arms Movement, Eduardo Bolsonaro said that “there is no difference between an indoctrinating teacher and a drug dealer who tries to kidnap our children into the world of crime”.

The same speech also led federal deputies Luciene Cavalcante (PSOL-SP) and Idilvan Alencar (PDT-CE) to present a crime report to the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), so that the facts are investigated and that the initiation of an investigation is waived. , since there is “unequivocal proof” of the speech. The parliamentarians also ask that, at the end of the investigation, a complaint be presented to the STF.

“The speech in question is an invitation for listeners to act against teachers, to prevent them from teaching content that is not accepted by their worldview. It is important to contextualize that the speech was made at a pro-firearms event in a moment in the country with recurrent violent attacks on schools and teachers”, says the piece released by G1.

The PSOL leader in the Chamber, Deputy Guilherme Boulos, also informed that he will present a representation in the Ethics Council of the Chamber of Deputies against Eduardo Bolsonaro. “This insult to all Brazilian teachers cannot go unpunished,” he wrote.
