District deputy Fábio Felix (PSOL-DF) will ask this Wednesday (22) for the breach of fiscal, banking, telephone and telematic secrecy of Colonel Jorge Eduardo Naime Barreto, former head of the Operational Department of the Military Police of the Federal District, and of the former general commander of the corporation, Fabio Augusto Vieira.

The request will be made within the scope of the CPI that investigates those involved in the acts of January 8 that culminated in the invasion and depredation of the headquarters of the Three Powers in Brasília, and the vandalism actions that took place on December 12, 2022.

The CPI returns to work at the beginning of March with the taking of testimonies by the former executive secretary and assistant secretary of the Secretariat of Public Security of the DF, Fernando de Souza Oliveira, and the former undersecretary of intelligence of the portfolio, Marília Ferreira Alencar, in the Day 2.

The following week, on the 9th, the former Secretary of Public Security and former Minister of Justice of Jair Bolsonaro, Anderson Torres, will be heard by the district deputies. “Whose declarations are being considered some of the most important for the elucidation of several points under investigation by the CPI”, says a note from the Legislative Chamber of the DF.

On the 16th, Colonels Jorge Eduardo Naime and Marcelo Casimiro Vasconcelos Rodrigues will be heard. On the 23rd, Júlio de Souza Danilo, the former DF Public Security Secretary who held the position until the beginning of December last year, and the DF Military Police Lieutenant Colonel, Jorge Henrique da Silva Pinto, also will be heard by parliamentarians.

The taking of testimonies ends on March 30 with the former commander of the PM, Colonel Fábio Augusto Vieira.
