Federal Deputy Ubiratan Sanderson (PL-RS) forwarded to the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) a representation against the Minister of Justice and Public Security, Flávio Dino (PSB), to investigate a possible crime of prevarication.

According to the parliamentarian, there is evidence that the minister was warned about the scale of the demonstration that took place in Brasilia on January 8 and, even so, he did nothing to prevent the acts of vandalism practiced at the time.

“The impression is that this omission may have been planned and deliberate, all with the aim of gaining political advantage with the fateful riot. Why did the Minister of Justice, even though he was head of the PF and the PRF, not call in these federal police forces? Did he want chaos in the Praça dos 3 Poderes? The investigations will tell”, published the deputy in two social networks.

“I am following everything closely and I hope that the facts will be clarified in the shortest possible time, punishing the culprits with the rigors of the law, whoever they may be, and setting free those who did not commit acts of vandalism in Brasília on the 8th. ”, wrote the parliamentarian. Last week Senator Marcos do Val (Podemos-ES) also stated that he will ask for Dino’s removal and arrest.
