Federal deputy Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) filed a crime report with the Federal Supreme Court (STF) this Tuesday (11) against the Minister of Communications, Juscelino Filho. The parliamentarian asks that the minister be investigated for allegations that he would have employed the manager of his sister’s stud farm in Vitorino Freire (MA) and his private plane pilot in the accounts of the Chamber of Deputies.

“I filed a criminal notice with the STF so that the Minister of Communications could be investigated for the crime of embezzlement, for using his advisor, paid with public money, to work on his family’s farms. One more crime on your list of scandals. Let justice be done,” said Ferreira at the twitter.

The case involving employees of Juscelino Filho was revealed by the newspaper O Estado de São Paulo at the end of March. In the document, the deputy asks that the facts be investigated “with the opening of an investigation for possible accountability of the now reported Minister of Communications in the civil, administrative and criminal spheres”.
