Former federal deputy for Paraná Fernando Francischini, the first parliamentarian impeached by the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) for spreading fake news, became a lawyer at the end of February, and causes linked to freedom of expression will be on the list of topics that his office will address intends to take care of, according to your advice.

At the beginning of 2023, Francischini gained a position in the Ratinho Junior administration, at the State Secretariat for Justice and Citizenship. A year later, in January 2024, he left the Executive and, in the same position, his mother, Tania Marcia Francischini, entered, as revealed by the Panel.
