Federal Deputy Delegate Paulo Bilynskyj (PL/SP) filed a crime report with the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), this Wednesday morning (29), against André Janones (Avante-MG) for allegedly homophobic remarks about Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG).

The insult took place during the session of the Constitution and Justice Commission (CCJ) of the Chamber of Deputies that heard Minister Flávio Dino, of Justice, on Tuesday afternoon (28). Ferreira would have been called a “wig”, “Nikole” and “chupetinha” by one of the parliamentarians present when he asked the minister a question.

At the time of the offenses, it was unclear who said the words, which Nikolas believes were Janones’. For Bilynskyj, the Minas deputy’s aggression against opponents has occurred since last year’s election.

“It demonstrated what we had already seen in last year’s election. A person who riots, spreads fake news and attacks his political opponents. Your homophobic speech cannot be tolerated,” said Bilynskyj.

The deputy says that the crime news was also sent to the Federal Supreme Court (STF) and that he has already sued Janones in the Council of Ethics of the Chamber.
