Deltan Dallagnol has signed over 140 legislative proposals

In just over 100 days, Deputy Deltan Dallagnol (Podemos-PR) counted 144 legislative proposals created or supported by his mandate, according to the Chamber of Deputies website. Deltan had his mandate revoked by the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), last Wednesday (17). The former Lava-Jato prosecutor was the most voted federal deputy in Paraná in the October 2022 elections, adding 344,917 votes.

Until the impeachment, the parliamentarian from Paraná presented three bills and signed the co-authorship of two others. In 21 requests for information, Deltan authored or co-authored documents that sought to clarify the actions of ministers in the government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) regarding secrecy, public spending and measures adopted by them.

Deltan also supported the presentation of two Legislative Decree Projects (PDL) with the objective of suspending ordinances published by the federal government. An indication signed by the parliamentarian also suggests the improvement of the instruments of transparency and control referring to the application of resources from the Rouanet Law and the adoption of measures for the faster analysis of the rendering of accounts of previous years.

Deltan acted in opposition to the Lula government

With independent parliamentarians, from the Chamber and the Senate, Deltan Dallagnol participated in the creation of the Specialized Inspection Offices. Each parliamentarian was responsible for supervising one of the ministries of the current government. The deputy, now impeached, was responsible for overseeing the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, commanded by Flávio Dino.

Among the agendas of the Lula government that passed through Congress, Dallagnol took a stand against all of them. Deputy Deltan voted against the urgencies to vote on the fiscal framework and the Fake News Bill. In addition, he voted for the overthrow of Lula’s decrees to change the Sanitation Legal Framework and against the project that equates wages between men and women.

News-criminals against Lula’s minister and MST leader

On his social networks, the deputy from Paraná published an accounting of the first quarter of his term. In the message, Deltan emphasized the presentation of three crime news. The first was against PT Paulo Pimenta, minister of the Social Communication Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic. According to Dallagnol, Pimenta omitted information in the declaration of assets for the Electoral Justice in three elections.

Another piece of criminal news presented to the Public Ministry was against the leader of the Landless Rural Workers Movement (MST), João Pedro Stédile. According to Deltan, Stédile would have encouraged invasions of productive rural properties, harming Brazilian agribusiness.

The third piece of criminal news concerns therapist Dárcio Cavallini, who allegedly stated that autism is a spiritual illness that can be exorcised. The deputy denounced Cavallini for embezzlement, charlatanism and insult with diffuse damage.
