This is the second time that the company’s judicial recovery has been suspended
Last week, the Minas Gerais Court of Justice ordered the suspension of the judicial recovery of the company 123milhas. The decision was made by judge Claudia Helena Batista, from the 1st Business Court of Belo Horizonte.
The company’s judicial recovery is suspended until it is decided who the new judicial administrators of the case will be and the real conditions of the companies LH – Lance Hotéis and MaxMilhas are verified, which were only included in the recovery at the beginning of October 2023.
This is the second time that the company’s judicial recovery has been suspended. In September last year, the Minas Gerais Court had already ordered the suspension of the process.
The case
In August, 123milhas decided to suspend issuing tickets and packages from the Promo line (with flexible dates), which were scheduled to be shipped between September and December last year.
The measure made the National Consumer Secretariat (Senacon) question the travel agency online about the reasons that led her to cancel packages and ticket issuance. The São Paulo Public Ministry also decided, at the time, to open an investigation to investigate the company.
Also in August, the Court granted the company’s request for judicial recovery.
