Court of Justice of Amapá will swear in new leaders – News of Brazil

The Court of Justice of Amapá (Tjap) holds this Friday, 3rd, from 5 pm, the inauguration ceremony of its new directors for the 2023-2025 biennium. The event that will swear in the judges Adão Carvalho, Mário Mazurek and Jayme Ferreirarespectively as President, Vice-President and Inspector General of Justice of Tjap, will be located in the auditorium of the 10th Electoral Zone of Macapá, on Avenida Maria Cavalcante de Azevedo Picanço, s/nº, Infraero.

the judge Jayme Ferreira, Born in São Paulo, he was approved in the 1st Contest for Prosecutor of the State Public Ministry of Amapá, sworn in in 1991.

With a ministerial career followed in parallel with the two colleagues in office, Jayme ascended to the disembargo in February 2021 by the constitutional rule of fifth destined for the State Public Ministry.

Biographies

Adam Carvalho, Born in Petrópolis (Rio de Janeiro), he served in his career as a magistrate as a titular judge in the districts of Oiapoque, Ferreira Gomes, Laranjal do Jari and Santana until he reached the capital.

He rose, by merit, to the position of judge in November 2020 and was appointed general ombudsman of the Court of Justice of the State of Amapá in the biennium 2021/2023, in addition to being an alternate at the Court of the Regional Court of Amapá in the same period. In the same biennium, he was elected by acclamation for the position of general director of the Judicial School of Amapá.

Mario Mazurek had a career as a judge, initially as head of the District of Laranjal do Jari, from October 1991 to May 1992; He served as an auxiliary judge in the District of Macapá from May 1992 to December 1993. He arrived quickly in the capital, appointed as a judge of the 1st Criminal Court of the District of Macapá, where he served from December 1993 to December 2002, and became head of the 2nd Macapá Civil Court from December 2002 to November 2018.

At the height of his career as a judge, Mazurek assumed the title of Cabinet 1 of the Appellate Panel of the State of Amapá, a position he handed over when he took office as a judge.

Jayme Henrique Ferreira, Born in Ourinhos (São Paulo), he was approved in the 1st Public Contest of Evidence and Titles for the Post of Prosecutor of the Public Ministry of the State of Amapá in 1991.

Appointed on November 1, 1994, to the position of prosecutor of the 3rd District of Macapá, he was appointed titular prosecutor of the 4th Criminal Court of the District of Macapá. He was a member of the Commission for the Restructuring of Public Prosecutors, from 2009 to 2014, and a member of the Commission for Analysis and Structuring and Adaptation of the Civil Servants’ Law, in 2016.

Jayme Henrique Ferreira coordinated the Drafting Committee for the Restructuring of the Investigation, Intelligence and Counterintelligence Units. He was also a member of the Transparency Portal Management Committee of the Public Ministry of the State of Amapá. He became a disembargator in 2021, under the constitutional rule of the fifth intended for the State Public Prosecutor’s Office.
