Councilor Fausto José dos Santos, president of the Municipal Council of Serra do Navio, called for this Friday (2), at 10 am, the session that could decide to revoke the mandate of mayor Elson Belo Lobato, who is already removed from office. position by court decision. The revocation of Mayor Elson Belo’s mandate will only take effect if a quorum of 2/3 of the members of the municipal legislative branch is reached, due to the validity of at least one accusation. The result will be proclaimed at the session, with approval of the minutes and drawing up of a legislative decree.
The councilors are part of the judging body: Emerson dos Santos Silva Wanderson Pinheiro Silva, Oseias dos Santos Filho, Camilo Mota, Ivone Silva dos Santos (substitute for councilor Zander Guedes, prevented from voting), in addition to Naaliel Alves Corrêa Castelo, president of the commission processor, Eliângela Souza Gomes Pliessnig, rapporteur, and Francilene Pinto Farias, member of the processing committee.
