Conmebol announces stadiums for the 2024 Copa América – News of Brazil
Competition will be played between June 20th and July 14th
Conmebol announced this Monday (4) the list of stadiums and host cities for the next edition of the Copa América, which will be played in the United States in 2024.
The group stage of the competition, which will have the participation of 10 teams from Conmebol and 6 invited teams from Concacaf (Football Confederation of North, Central America and the Caribbean), will be played between June 20 and July 2, 2024. The quarter-final matches will be on the 4th and 6th of July, the semi-finals on the 9th and 10th of July, the game that will define third place on the 13th of July, while the grand final is scheduled for the 14th of July.
“We will have an unforgettable Copa América, feeling the emotions of the best football in the world in 14 magnificent stadiums. The passion of football will travel across this huge country from east to west and from north to south, bringing vibrancy and fun to hundreds of fans in the venues and millions more spectators around the world.”said the president of Conmebol, Alejandro Domínguez.
