“Our objective was to bring the Executive and Legislative powers closer to the community. Providing services that the population has needed for years. This is a successful public policy that aims to alleviate problems in this region of the capital of Amazonas”,
said deputy João Luiz.
The director of Escola Estadual Cecília Ferreira da Silva, Paulo Sérgio Ribeiro highlighted that the actions of MIT + Citizenship are necessary for the community. “I’m very happy that this project arrived here at our school. We also hope that other actions similar to this will take place here in the East Zone”, he highlighted.
Hairdresser Raimar Carmo Farias, resident of the Coliseu community, explained that he passed by the state school to buy bread and saw the MIT + Cidadania banner, asked about the work being developed and managed to resolve a problem with the Birth Registry, which was pending for 15 years.

said Raimar Farias.
The action had the support of the concessionaires Amazonas Energia and Águas de Manaus, with debt regularization, change of ownership, issuance of invoices and social tariff, from DPE-AM, through itinerant justice, such as requesting a second birth certificate, divorce, custody, paternity investigation and among others, from the State Department of Sports and Leisure (Sedel), through physical activity, Municipal Health Department (Semsa), with blood pressure measurement, blood glucose test, optometrist (eye exam ) and the State Secretariat for Justice, Human Rights and Citizenship (Sejusc), with guidelines for duplicate birth, marriage and death certificates, among others.
