In the area of health, the topic covered will be “Female Nutrition throughout life: balance and well-being at all stages”, with professor and nutritionist Marcos Siqueira. Another topic on the agenda will be “Home Office for Women in Architecture: Comfort and high style without leaving home”, an activity supervised by professors Roberth Aragão and Christina Mendes, also counting on a partnership between the stores MS Casa, Dinâmica and the architect Amanda Marks.

The program will include Psychological Listening activities, with guidance, reception and referral, when necessary. The action will be under the technical responsibility of psychologist Juliana Coutinho and final year students participating in the FST Psychology Clinic.

Painting techniques will be presented at the Art Therapy Workshop, under the supervision of teacher and psychologist Silene Moreira. According to Silene, the Workshop will be especially effective in subjective expressions.

“Art therapy allows us to express ourselves and process experiences in a symbolic and safe way, promoting emotional balance”,

explains.

Students and teachers of the Psychology course will promote conversation circles with four themes aimed at a female audience: “Love relationships and their impact on mental health”; “The anxiety and stress of contemporary women’s daily lives”; “Valuing women in the 21st century” and “Diversity and inclusion in work environments”.

The conversation circles will be led by students from the 9th and 10th period, under the supervision of teacher Silene Moreira. “The conversation circles should provide an exchange of experiences and points of view on topics related to areas involving the job market, motherhood, coexistence, self-esteem and personal growth.
