On the morning of this Tuesday, 20, at Ceap, in a press conference that preceded the PPA plenary, the governor Clecio Luis; the minister of regional development and former governor Waldez Goes and the Chief Minister of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic, Marcio Macedo, spoke, in a tone of agreement, of the phase that, according to them, will be of greater protagonism for the state of Amapá.

Opening the conference, clecio stressed the importance of the PPA: “It is long-term planning, which plans the next three years of the administration, plus the first of the next term, where the priorities of the federal, state and municipal governments are established”. And he also gave importance to the fact that the PPA is participatory, citing the presence of the various sectors of society in the plenary.

“The objective is to restore the institutional relationship between the central government and our state. In recent years, the relationship has been interrupted, not only in Amapá, but also in other states, where governors and mayors, as well as the people of these states and municipalities, were not heard. But now it is different, we believe in it”said the state manager, who complemented his speech by citing names from Amapá politics to reinforce the hope of a good phase for Amapá.

“The presence of Minister Waldez only reinforces these moments that we live. In addition to Waldez, who was governor for four terms, we have Randolfe as leader in Congress, and Senator Davi, who has already chaired Congress, and who is now president of the Constitution, Justice and Citizenship Commission of the Federal Senate of Brazil; we have a very favorable environment for Amapá”reinforced Clecio.

The governor mentioned that there is a technical team “robust” to collect the information, impressions and wishes of the population of Amapa. He also said that planning has several stages and that the large entities that exercise mandates have much more direct access to the PPA, and brought up the lack of presence of social movements, which in recent years were, according to the later speech of waldez, in the same session, in need of attention.

The second speaker, the chief minister of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic, Marcio Macedo, began his speech by greeting those present and said he was happy to share the moment, and continued talking about the agents responsible for the action of the APPs: “Planning is done by the states, municipalities and the federal government. President Lula called me and said: ‘I don’t want the planning of my government to be done only by technicians, I want it to be done listening to the people, listening to the Brazilian population, this is a commitment I made in the campaign, which I want to be put In practice”stated Márcio.

In his speech he also mentioned that he and Simone Tebet are planning on three fronts: the first is the ‘Intercouncil Forum’, which is the representation of all national social movements; the second is face-to-face plenaries, such as the one that would take place right after your speech, and which will also take place in other states and in the Federal District; the third is through digital platforms, through ‘Brasil Participativo’, which already has access to more than 280,000 people.

The third and final speaker, the minister of the interior and regional development and former governor of Amapá, Waldez Goes. He mentioned, among other things, that his presence at the session was also like a ‘resident of Amapá’, and went on to affirm President Lula’s concern to reposition Brazil internally and externally, recreating the confidence of the Nation also in the eyes of the world, and also referred to the Transposition PEC.

“With the participation of the social, business and political agents, everyone can contribute through face-to-face forums and digital platforms. It’s impressive, I’ve already participated in some plenary sessions and it’s very rewarding; The people were in need, there was no one else to listen to them, no one cared to listen to the opinion of the population, be it entrepreneurs, religious, workers or those of traditional populations. Credibility is createddeclared Waldez.

the senator Randolfe Rodrigues; the Minister of Planning and Budget, Simone Tebet; and the senator Davi Alcolumbre were participating in the vote on the fiscal framework at the National Congress, in Brasília, which prevented them from coming to the PPA plenary session in Macapá.
