Chef Ivan Lopes promotes the fourth edition of the event “Two Chefs, One Menu” at the COIN restaurant on the 26th of July. This time’s special guest is chef Claudia Krauspenhar, from K.sa Restaurante, who recently received the award for Best Restaurant in Southern Brazil by the specialized magazine Table pleasures. The gastronomic experience starts at 7 pm and will have an exclusive menu created by the duo.

Together, the two chefs combine their skills, passion for gastronomy and creativity to create a five course menu that promises to surprise even the most demanding palates. Combining traditional techniques and finely selected ingredients, the experience begins with the pumpkin in textures and vongole starters; and codfish tortelli served with romesco sauce and dill. Following the menu, the main dishes are grilled octopus with peach palm and pea and basil cream; It is magret with chocolate sauce, tamarind and cauliflower. Dessert will be white chocolate mousse with Cointreauponkan, crumble of almonds and fleur de sel.
