Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) stated this Friday (22) that the audios attributed to lieutenant colonel Mauro Cid show that “anything goes” to reach his father, former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL). On Thursday night (21), the magazine Look released recordings in which the soldier reports having been pressured by the Federal Police in statements and criticizes the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes.

“Cid’s audios only highlight what everyone already knows: anything goes to reach the pre-determined target that is Bolsonaro! Testimonies under psychological torture, grotesque evidentiary fishing for everything, in a game of marked cards in which the law is the will of a single person”, said the senator on the social network X.

After the audios were released, Cid was called to the STF to clarify his statements and left the Court under arrest, on orders from Moraes. The minister considered that the soldier obstructed justice and failed to comply with precautionary measures determined when he was preventively released.

According to Lookthe audios were recorded last week after Cid gave a statement to the PF on the 11th. In the recording, Cid stated that Moraes already has the “sentence ready” and is just waiting for the right moment to arrest “everyone”.

“Alexandre de Moraes is the law. He holds it, he lets it go, whenever he wants, however he wants. With Public Prosecutor’s Office, without Public Prosecutor’s Office, with accusation, without accusation”, said the lieutenant colonel.
