Christmas programming in Manaus starts on Monday (6), at the Ponta Negra Complex

The tourist complex promises to become even more spectacular during the end of year festivities
Manaus (AM) – The opening of the Christmas program in Manaus is scheduled to take place next Monday (6), at the Ponta Negra Tourist Complex, located in the West Zone of the capital of Amazonas. The planning of the activity is carried out by Manaus City Hall, through the City Cooperation Center (CCC), in partnership with the Manaus Solidarity Fund (FMS).
Cooperation between the bodies promises to light up the festive and supportive spirit in Manaus, at the Ponta Negra ball, when the bright lights of the portal, the tunnel, the woods, close to Casa de Praia Zezinho Corrêa, and various Christmas ornaments will be lit, in addition the presence of the brass band with 52 members and a playful presentation of live dolls that will welcome the festive season.
The Ponta Negra Tourist Complex is an iconic attraction in Manaus, known for its natural beauty and cozy atmosphere, and now, with the contribution of the CCC and FMS, it promises to become even more spectacular during the end of year festivities.
The CCC, with its experience in technology and intelligent monitoring in the city of Manaus, will play a fundamental role in ensuring surveillance and strategic control of the event. Using state-of-the-art systems, the CCC will monitor the entire perimeter of Ponta Negra through images, ensuring a safe and well-organized environment for all visitors.
CCC Superintendent Sandro Diz expressed his enthusiasm for this collaboration.
“We are excited to cooperate with the Manaus Solidária Fund to make the Christmas season even more memorable. Our smart monitoring technology will help create an organized festive environment for everyone’s well-being,”
he stated.
Opening of the Program
Entitled “Natal das Águas”, the Manaus Solidária Fund coordinates the entire event program, which has played a vital role in promoting social actions in the current municipal administration. The president of the FMS, Emerson Castro, informed that the program has a staff of more than 1,200 people organizing the event that will take place in the months of November and December.
“The city hall continues to reinforce its commitment to the community. We are very happy to be part of this project that will bring joy and unity to our city during the Christmas season. We want to create special memories for all Manauaras and visitors”,
he said.
The highlight of the festivities will be the lights switch-on event on November 6th, which promises to be a breathtaking spectacle. The Manaus community and all visitors are invited to join this celebration that marks the beginning of the Christmas season in the city.
