Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 small onion
  • 120 grams of oat flour
  • 40 grams of flaxseed flour
  • Oil
  • salt to taste
  • parsley to taste
  • Seasonings of your choice

Method of preparation

  1. Sauté the onion, garlic in a thread of olive oil and add a pinch of salt, let it cook for approximately 2 minutes.
  2. Mash the cooked chickpeas (the ideal is to cook the chickpeas until al dente). Mash with a fork or pulse a few times in a blender. The goal is for the chickpeas to be slightly mashed.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole onion cut into rings (if you increase the number of onions, increase the other ingredients in the same proportion)
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 spoon of mayonnaise

Method of preparation

  1. In a skillet, add the chopped onion and then add the sugar.
  2. Expect to caramelize and melt, until the onion softens.
  3. Mix the salt and pepper and finally, with the fire off, add the mayonnaise.
  4. You will have a super creamy caramelized onion that will make the dish even juicier.
