Sale of vouchers for Mueller Bom Gourmet Festival starts tomorrow

Don’t be left out! The purchase of vouchers for the special menus of the Mueller Bom Gourmet Festival starts tomorrow (29/05), at 19h. In this edition of the festival, more than 20 restaurants and cafes operating in the mall will offer special menus with starter, main course and dessert (for lunch and dinner) and combos consisting of items for afternoon coffee. Meals take place in a setting made up of ten panoramic igloos on the rooftop of Espaço Gourmet/Piso L4.

This year, the regular lunch/dinner menus cost R$89; afternoon coffee and kids menus cost R$49. Combining exclusive menus with a special setting, the festival provides customers with a unique experience that can be enjoyed for 1h30.

Did you like the proposal? With limited spaces, those who want to guarantee their participation in the 2023 edition of the Mueller Bom Gourmet Festival must plan to purchase the menus in advance. At the time of purchase, the customer must already indicate the menu or coffee combo he wants to consume, the number of people in the igloo, in addition to the date and time. It will also be possible to buy wine and sparkling wine labels in advance.

The sale of the remaining drinks – water, soda, coffee, beer and drinks – will be made exclusively at the time of the experience. On the day, there will also be the possibility of purchasing wines, subject to availability.

Start of sales

Sale of menu vouchers starts on 05/29, from 7 pm, exclusively on the website www.festivalmuellerbomgourmet.com.br. Card or PIX payments will be accepted. After completing the purchase and confirming the payment, the customer will receive a voucher with QR Code by email to validate at the time of the experience.

It is important to note that changing the menu or date and time after purchase will not be allowed. In these cases, it will be necessary to cancel the voucher and make a new purchase attempt on the website, with no guarantee of availability.

How to book the igloo?

To reserve the panoramic igloo, it is necessary to purchase at least two vouchers. Each structure holds a maximum of 4 or 6 people, depending on the igloo.

After booking, is it possible to include more people in the igloo?

The inclusion of people – with the purchase of menus – in the igloo after booking will be allowed when the igloo still has available seats. The purchase of extra menus must be made by the person who made the reservation, using the “menus inclusion” link, sent along with the purchase confirmation email. The deadline for inclusion of the menus is, at least, 2 hours before the experience.

How to proceed in case of delays?

It is recommended that customers arrive at the festival site with 15 minutes in advance. In case of delay, the tolerance will be a maximum of 15 minutes, counting from the time of booking. Minutes of delay will be deducted from the total trial period, which is 1h30.

Can I change my menu and/or hours?

No changes will be made to dishes or times of the experience. In these cases, it is necessary to cancel the purchase and make a new purchase – subject to the availability of dates and times.

What are the days and times of the Mueller Bom Gourmet Festival?

The experience takes place from 01/06 to 30/06. Meals last 1h30 and are divided into five shifts: two lunch shifts (12pm – 1.30pm; 2pm – 3.30pm), a coffee break (4pm – 5.30pm) and two dinner shifts (7pm – 8pm and 9pm – 10.30pm).

Can I take my pet?

Yes! Igloos are pet-friendly.

Is the space accessible?

The igloos are accessible, with an access ramp.

Can I bring my own wine?

Yes. Participants will be able to bring wines and sparkling wines to consume on site. It will not be necessary to pay a corkage fee.

Can the experiment be carried out on rainy days?

Yes. The igloos can be used even on rainy days, with the activation of the retractable cover of the area where they are installed.

Can I cancel my voucher?

Any cancellations will be accepted within up to 72 hours in advance and must be requested by email [email protected]. After this period, absence will result in the loss of the right to use the igloos and menu vouchers.
