Just as supermarkets celebrate their birthdays with big discount festivals, airlines also take advantage of these commemorative dates to air promotions — often even more generous than usual.

With the exception of November, every month there is at least one airline celebrating, which means it can be a good opportunity to buy tickets at a more affordable price.

To help you plan and save money, see below a calendar with the anniversary dates of the main airlines that fly in the country. Almost all of them have a founding date, which is different from the date they began operations. In this calendar, we consider the date on which companies usually celebrate by offering promotions.

To receive promotion notices first hand, a good idea is to register on the website of the company you are interested in flying, and also follow them on social media.

It is worth remembering that, in general, these promotions still require a few weeks in advance of the flight date. To avoid falling for false offers and be sure that the promotion is worth it, it is a good idea to monitor prices until the date of possible purchase so that you have this parameter when swiping the card.
