Chamber votes on invitation for Duran to detail accusation against Moro – 04/24/2023 – Panel

The Administration and Public Service Commission of the Chamber of Deputies votes this Tuesday (25) on an invitation for lawyer Rodrigo Tacla Duran to detail the accusations he has made regarding Senator Sergio Moro (União-PR).
The request was made by federal deputy Rogério Correia (PT-MG). Tacla Duran has been saying that she was the victim of extortion from Moro as part of Operation Lava Jato.
The current senator and former judge claims that the accusations are false and that the lawyer confessed to laundering money for Odebrecht.
For criminalist Sérgio Rosenthal, an expert in financial crimes, Tacla Duran’s accusations should be investigated seriously and impartially. “Not forgetting that Dallagnol and Moro have the right and the duty to defend themselves, now that they are representatives of the people”.
